Questions we get before every proposal.
What does independent mean in practice?
We hold no construction contract and sell no equipment on your project. We are paid to measure and report, so the report says what the measurements say, whether or not the contractor likes it.
Do we need all three services, or just one?
Just the one your project is missing. Many clients engage us only for TAB or only for room integrity testing. Commissioning management is for owners who want one party running the whole verification programme.
Which standards do you test against?
NEBB and AABC procedural standards for TAB, ASHRAE 111 for HVAC measurement, SMACNA for duct leakage, NFPA 2001 and ISO 14520 for room integrity, and the owner's project requirements for commissioning. The exact list is written into every proposal.
Where do you work?
Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia, from offices in Jakarta, Batam and Singapore. Most of our data center work is in Greater Jakarta, Batam and Johor.
What do we receive at the end?
A signed, revision-controlled report: measured values against design for every item tested, the calibration reference of each instrument used, a punch list of anything that did not pass, and an approval sheet for the owner, contractor and consultant.
How early should you be involved?
For testing, once installation is complete enough to run the system. For commissioning, at design review, so the owner's requirements and test scripts are agreed before equipment arrives on site.
